Where is my order?
Use our tracking portal here: Track Your Order. Tracking numbers may take 2–5 business days to start updating after dispatch.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
Whenever a local warehouse is available for your item, we automatically ship from there to get your order delivered as fast as possible.
United States:
• Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
• From our US warehouse (when available): 3–5 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, EU:
• Standard shipping: 7–18 business days
• From a local EU/UK warehouse (when available): 4–8 business days
Australia & New Zealand:
• Standard shipping: 8–18 business days
• From a local AU warehouse (when available): 4–8 business days
Rest of World:
• Standard shipping: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates. Remote areas, peak seasons, or customs inspections may extend timelines.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@bcaraccessories.com. After fulfillment begins, changes may not be possible.
Will items in my order ship separately?
Sometimes, to speed delivery, items ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
Taxes, duties & customs
International orders may be subject to import taxes or VAT charged by your local customs office. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
My package is late or lost
- Damaged/defective on arrival: email photos/video within 14 days of delivery. If confirmed, we’ll issue an RMA and cover the return or replacement shipping.
- Late/lost in transit: if there’s no tracking movement for 30 business days (US) or 45 business days (international) after shipment, we’ll investigate and reship or refund.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. An RMA is required. Returns must be shipped to the designated supplier warehouse address provided by support (no returns to our mailing address).
Change-of-mind / wrong variant: return shipping is paid by the customer; original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds & exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after the return is inspected. We do not charge a restocking fee.
For exchanges, please return the item (with RMA) and place a new order for the preferred item.
Undeliverable or refused packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we can reship after confirming a correct address; reship fees may apply.
